This course is designed to teach students the essential skills to work confidently with Microsoft Word and Excel — two of the most widely used tools in offices, schools, and organizations around the world. In the Word section, you’ll learn how to create and format professional documents, use styles, tables, headers and footers, manage long documents, and insert charts and images. Special focus is given to tools such as Track Changes, mail merge, and templates — all vital for business or academic tasks. In the Excel section, you will understand how to manage data using spreadsheets, work with formulas and functions, create charts and graphs, apply filters and conditional formatting, and build simple dashboards. You will also be introduced to pivot tables and basic data analysis techniques. By the end of this course, you'll have a solid command of both programs and be ready to handle everyday tasks efficiently or pursue entry-level roles in administration, finance, or project coordination.
